Govt pledges 10m for environment in pacific islands
A Chinese state department spokesperson said: “I can confirm that it has been establi더킹카지노shed that the China National Nuclear Power Corporation (CNNC) will contribute to the mitigation programme to protect the environment on the islands of Palawan, Nan우리카지노sha, Tinian, Macau, and Hainan,” said spokesperson Lu Yuqin.
“The CNNC announced today the first three projects under the initiative to reduce the emissions of sulphur dioxide (SO 2 ) and other pollutants on the islands of Palawan, Nansha, Tinian, Macau, and Hainan and 바카라will invest about 10 million yuan per annum (about USD $1.06m) to help these projects to be completed.
“Additionally, the state department will contribute 10 million yuan per annum for development of air quality monitoring and for the maintenance of clean water areas on the islands,” she added.
CNNC said it is working to protect the “health, environment and safety” of the people and the environment as well as the people and the environment. The US, which is the chief investor in CNNC, is also part of the programme.
Ahead of launching the projects, officials will be visiting local government offices to ask for the cooperation of local residents.
